About AnoHub

While many therapies focus on the mind,
we also hold space for those navigating life with a physical disability.

anonymous Overthinkers Hub (AnoHub) is a platform built for people who feel deeply, think constantly, and often carry more in their mind than they know what to do with. It offers psychological support and counselling for individuals navigating emotional and mental health challenges, especially for those who find themselves stuck in cycles of overthinking, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-doubt, or thoughts that feel difficult to quiet.

The idea behind AnoHub is simple: to create a space that feels safe, steady, human, and easy to reach when things start feeling heavy. A space where you don’t have to explain yourself perfectly, have everything figured out, or force clarity before you’re ready. Whether you’re struggling with stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, life transitions, emotional confusion, or simply a mind that never seems to switch off, the focus is on helping you slow down, process things gently, and feel a little less alone in what you’re carrying.

At AnoHub, support is not limited to structured therapy alone. Sometimes people need guidance and deeper therapeutic work, and sometimes they just need space to speak freely without feeling judged, rushed, or “too much.” Both are equally valid here. The platform is designed to hold conversations that are thoughtful, grounded, and compassionate, without pressure to fit into labels or expectations.

AnoHub also believes that physical health and mental health cannot be separated. Alongside psychological counselling, the platform offers rehabilitation counselling and emotional support for individuals living with permanent physical disabilities, including amputation and other life-changing conditions. Adjusting to a sudden physical change can affect identity, confidence, relationships, independence, and everyday life in ways people around you may not always understand. The aim is to support individuals not just medically, but emotionally through that adjustment process as well.

This includes pre- and post-amputation guidance, emotional rehabilitation support, and conversations around prosthetic adaptation, body image, grief, frustration, uncertainty, and rebuilding a sense of self during recovery. The focus is not only on “coping,” but on helping people feel understood while navigating an entirely new version of life.

AnoHub also gives people the option to anonymously write and share their thoughts, experiences, or emotions. These may be things that are hard to say out loud feelings that sit quietly in the background, thoughts that feel messy or unresolved, or experiences people often keep to themselves. Sometimes putting emotions into words can create clarity, release, or simply the comfort of knowing someone else may relate to it too.

At its core, AnoHub is not trying to become a perfect self-help space. It is simply a place where people can show up as they are with confusion, heaviness, uncertainty, overthinking, or silence and know they do not have to carry it all alone.

At its heart, AnoHub is less about fixing and more about understanding—creating a space where your inner world can be explored with patience, care, and honesty.
