What We Offer?

Core Services

Psychological Counselling

This is an online counselling session that takes place over a video call and offers the same process as in-person therapy, just in a more flexible format. Sessions typically last 50 minutes. This is an individual 1-1 session. All you need is a stable internet connection and a quiet place where you won’t be interrupted. It’s a good option if you prefer the comfort of your own space or have scheduling or location constraints.

Amputation Counselling

Amputation counselling session is another form of counselling focused on supporting individuals adjusting to limb loss and the changes that follow. This may involve working through emotional responses, shifts in identity, body image concerns, and adapting to new routines. The space is non-judgmental and paced according to your experience—there is no single “right” way to adjust.

Alternate Support Services

Tele-Venting Session

This is a shorter, 20–25 minute phone-based session focused purely on being heard. It offers a space to speak freely without advice, suggestions, or structured intervention. It is not therapy, but can be helpful when you simply need to express what you’re feeling and have someone listen without interruption.

Chat-Based Support

A short 20-25 minute, text-based session where you can share your thoughts at your own pace. This is a supportive, non-judgmental conversation focused on listening and understanding, without the structure of a full therapy session. Ideal when you find it easier to express yourself through writing or need a quieter way to talk things through.

Specialized Support Areas

Anxiety & Stress Management

This involves support for experiences like excessive worry, overthinking, restlessness, or feeling constantly on edge. Sessions help you understand your thought patterns, identify triggers, and develop ways to manage stress and anxiety more effectively, combining emotional support with practical strategies.

Grief & Loss

Grief and loss counselling supports you through the emotional impact of losing someone or something meaningful. This could include the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or even a life phase. Sessions provide space to process emotions such as sadness, anger, guilt, or numbness, without any pressure to “move on.” The focus is on helping you understand and navigate your own way of grieving.

Caregiver & Family Counselling

This supports families in coping with the emotional and practical impact of a loved one’s permanent disability. Through counselling, caregivers learn how to manage stress, reduce feelings of overwhelm, and respond to their loved one’s needs in a balanced and sustainable way. Sessions help improve communication, navigate changing roles, and address unspoken fears or frustrations within the family. They also provide guidance on the rehabilitation journey, prosthetic adaptation, and long-term adjustment—so families feel more informed, emotionally supported, and better equipped to move forward together.

Life Transitions & Adjustment

This area focuses on supporting you through periods of change that may feel uncertain or overwhelming, such as career shifts, relocation, or changes in relationships. Sessions help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, build coping strategies, and find a sense of direction during transitions.

Coping with Illness or Injury

This area supports individuals dealing with the emotional and psychological impact of a physical illness or injury. It may involve adjusting to changes in routine, independence, or identity, as well as managing uncertainty and frustration. The focus is on helping you process these experiences at your own pace.

Depression & Low Mood

Support for depression and low mood involves working through ongoing feelings of sadness, emptiness, low motivation, or disconnection. Sessions focus on understanding patterns in thoughts and emotions, while offering steady, structured support. The approach is gradual and realistic, with no pressure to “feel better” immediately.
