Hi, this is a small initiative for anyone who may be feeling distressed or overwhelmed. At different points in our lives, we all experience emotions that can feel heavy, confusing, or difficult to hold.

All I ask is that you take out a few minutes to share your story here, completely anonymously. Sometimes, sharing doesn’t just help directly, but also brings a sense of clarity when we put our thoughts into words. And if not for yourself, your story might help someone else feel a little less alone.

Instructions on how to start creating your own anonymous diary?

  • To begin, click on “Create New Diary” on the anonymous diary section.
  • Start writing in any tone, style, or language you’re comfortable with—there are no rules here.
  • You can stay completely anonymous and we will assign you a random name or you may use a pen name inspired by any character you connect with (for example, Ironman, Wonder Woman, Tanjiro Kamado, and more).
  • Once you click “Submit” after agreeing to all terms, your diary will be shared with us to be reviewed for any inappropriate language before being made public within 24–48 hours.
  • If you wish to make changes, anytime in future, you can request an edit at any time—it will follow the same 24–48 hour review process. You may also delete your diary anytime, if you are uncomfortable.
